Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with customers to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Ensure retention of existing businesses through implementation of customer service retention schemes
- Review market research to determine opportunities that exist and ways to capitalize on them
- Development of new business leads and prospects
- Follow through to ensure that all required documents are provided for operations, relevant insurance documents are delivered to customers and claims payment are followed through
- Reconciliation of accounts with brokers, credit control and finance
Requirements:
- First Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years post NYSC experience
- Membership of CIIN
- Bancassurance Certification
- Agent proficiency Certification
- Experience selling products that are not fast moving consumer goods.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience around creating and delivering presentations tailored to the audience needs
