Team Member: Regional Business Development

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with customers to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Ensure retention of existing businesses through implementation of customer service retention schemes
  • Review market research to determine opportunities that exist and ways to capitalize on them
  • Development of new business leads and prospects
  • Follow through to ensure that all required documents are provided for operations, relevant insurance documents are delivered to customers and claims payment are followed through
  • Reconciliation of accounts with brokers, credit control and finance

Requirements:

  • First Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years post NYSC experience
  • Membership of CIIN
  • Bancassurance Certification
  • Agent proficiency Certification
  • Experience selling products that are not fast moving consumer goods.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience around creating and delivering presentations tailored to the audience needs
