Job Title: Business Operations Executive (BOE)

TalenMO a professional recruitment and talent solutions firm dedicated to sourcing, screening, and placing the right people in the right roles across various MSMEs industries, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive for one of our clients.
The Business Operations Executive (BOE) will be the face of Haven Edu-Services, serving as the operational leader, strategic growth driver, and primary external representative. This high-impact role requires an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to manage day-to-day operations while aggressively pursuing new revenue and partnership opportunities. The BOE reports directly to one of the Directors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations and Organizational Management
Manage and optimise Haven’s entire day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery of all programs.
Ensure all administrative, logistical, and compliance requirements are met efficiently.
2. Marketing, Communications, and Brand
Manage the creation, review, and deployment of all media and marketing materials.
Coordinate with communications specialists/teams to ensure appropriate and effective market positioning for Haven.
Serve as the primary public representative at industry events and stakeholder meetings.
3. Facilitator and Workforce Management
Manage and coordinate the recruitment, vetting, training, and deployment of program facilitators.
Maintain a high standard of educational quality and consistency across all instructional staff.
4. Business Development & Partnerships
Manage and nurture relationships with existing partner schools and organisations.
Aggressively acquire new schools and other strategic business partners to expand Haven’s market presence.
5. Financial Sustainability & Revenue Growth
Proactively research, prepare, and apply for educational grants, bids, and other funding opportunities.
Coordinate existing revenue streams and spearhead the development and launch of new ventures, such as Haven personalised play/learning boxes, activity kits, and other revenue-generating products.
General Requirements
Proven experience in a senior operational or leadership role, preferably in the Ed-Tech or Education sector.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company publicly.
Demonstrated track record of successful business development and acquiring new clients/partners (B2B experience is highly desirable).
Strong organisational management and logistical coordination abilities.
Experience in securing funding, grants, or managing large bids is a significant advantage.
