ABOUT TAB BARBERS & SPA
TAB Barbers & Spa is a premium grooming and wellness business located in Guzape Abuja. We offer a full range of barbering, nail, and spa services in a professional and welcoming environment. As we enter a new phase of growth, we are seeking a driven and personable General Manager to lead our team, elevate the client experience, and serve as the direct representative of the business management.
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on leadership position. You will be the face of TAB Barbers & Spa — the person clients trust, staff look to for direction, and the management relies on to keep standards high. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, build lasting relationships with clients, and ensure the business runs smoothly, profitably, and professionally.
This is not a back-office role. You must enjoy interacting with people, thrive under responsibility, and take genuine pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Client Experience
- Build genuine relationships with regular clients and ensure VIP clients receive personal attention.
- Handle complaints and service recovery situations promptly and professionally.
- Create an atmosphere that makes clients want to return and recommend us to others.
- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Staff & Operations
- Supervise all spa staff — technicians, front desk and support personnel.
- Ensure the spa opens and closes on time and that all staff are in place and properly presented.
- Coordinate daily schedules, assign duties, monitor staff performance and conduct.
- Train, mentor and support staff to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain product and consumable stock levels, coordinate procurement and prevent wastage.
- Uphold cleanliness, safety, hygiene and presentation standards throughout the facility.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report repair needs promptly.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Manage daily cash handling, POS transactions and reconciliation processes.
- Verify daily sales records and ensure accurate reporting.
Monitor operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Maintain accurate records of bookings, attendance, inventory and client information.
Business Performance & Management Reporting
- Track daily sales, bookings and client retention; identify opportunities to grow revenue.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports directly to the management.
- Implement the management’s directives and ensure all staff align with business standards.
- Escalate critical issues to the management promptly and transparently.
- Recommend improvements to enhance profitability, efficiency and client satisfaction.
General Responsibility
- Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by the management in the interest of the business

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience in hospitality, retail or a service business.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Experience in preparing reports and communicating with business Managements or executives.
- Proficiency in basic business tools: WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets, and scheduling.
- Exceptional personal grooming and professional presentation.
