Job Title: Commission-Based Sales Executive (Book Sales to Schools)
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team on a commission basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling our published books to schools (primary and secondary) across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell our educational books to schools, bookstores, and educational institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and procurement officers.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the education sector.
Represent the brand professionally and passionately.
Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets to earn attractive commissions.
Requirements:
Added advantage but not mandatory is a prior sales experience, especially in educational products (advantageous but not mandatory).
Good communication skills.
Confidence in approaching and dealing with school authorities.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
Good organizational and time management skills.
A passion for education and books is a plus!
Compensation:
Commission-based: Attractive commission per sale. The more you sell, the more you earn!
