Job Summary:
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Content Manager to lead our digital storytelling and brand engagement across platforms. This person will be responsible for planning, creating, and curating high-quality, fashion-forward content that resonates with our target audience, grows our online presence, and drives engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Create engaging, visually appealing, and fashion-focused content (photos, videos, Reels, etc.) for daily posting.
Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
Collaborate with designers, stylists, and photographers to produce original content from campaign shoots and product launches.
Write compelling captions, blog posts, product descriptions, and marketing copy in the brand voice.
Monitor social trends, fashion influencers, and competitor activity to identify content opportunities.
Manage influencer and brand ambassador partnerships.
Track content performance and report on engagement, reach, and conversions using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
Stay up to date on the latest trends in fashion, culture, and digital media to keep content fresh and relevant.
Respond to comments and DMs in a timely, brand-appropriate tone.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field.
2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
Strong portfolio showcasing fashion-related content (Instagram, TikTok, or blog).
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), or similar tools.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Strong understanding of fashion culture and digital audience behavior.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, visually driven environment.
Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics is a plus.
A keen eye for detail, style, and aesthetics.
