*Hiring Criteria*
*Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in Architectural Design*
An excellent understanding of space planning and design to generate the best value for projects.
*Must be proficient in using design software like AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, ArchiCAD, Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop, Rendering + Visualization (3Dmax/V-Ray/Lumion, Corona Renderer), or similar to create detailed design layouts and 3D presentations.*
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
