Are you passionate about building strong client relationships, closing deals, and delivering exceptional service? We are looking for a smart, driven, and result-oriented Relationship Officer to join our growing team.
🔹 ROLE SUMMARY
As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales of our business registration and compliance services, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Promote and sell company services (CAC registration, compliance, tax services, accounting services, etc.)
Handle client inquiries and provide professional guidance
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying clients
Maintain accurate client records and reports
Deliver excellent customer service and support
🔹 REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales experience is an added advantage
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good knowledge of social media and digital communication tools
