Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for following up with due and overdue customers for debt collection to ensure repayment of the company’s principal and interest receivables.
Use legal and compliant means such as phone calls, SMS, or online communication to remind customers to fulfill their repayment obligations, control bad debt risk, and improve recovery rates.

Same As Satrudays 8:54M To 6Pm
Sundays Work Resume 11:Am To 6Pm & Will Be Paid As Overtime 1000, To 4,000.
Every Recovery agents are expected to work two Saturdays and just One Sunday Each Month remotely
Probation Terms: Two weeks
