About the Role
• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Sales Executives to join our growing team.
• In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the IT sector.
• You will play a crucial role in expanding our market share, building strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Understanding Client Needs: Actively listen to and analyzing clients’ business challenges and IT requirements. Identifying opportunities where the company’s IT products, services, or solutions can provide value.
• Product/Solution Presentation and Demonstration: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to individual client needs.
• Proposal Development and Negotiation: Create and present detailed proposals and quotations.
• Closing Sales: Effectively close deals and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Manage the contract signing process.
• Account Management and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Understanding clients’ evolving needs and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Market and Competitor Analysis: Staying informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Identifying potential new markets and understanding the competitive landscape.
• Partnership Development: Identifying and establishing strategic alliances, partnerships, and collaborations with other organizations.
• Networking and Relationship Building: Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the IT industry potential clients, partners, influencers. Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and build relationships.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with product development and technical teams to align sales and business development efforts. Providing customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in IT sales and business development.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
