Duration: 12 months fixed-term contract (Renewable based on performance and business needs)
Job Description
We are looking to hire smart Sales Executives (Senior Merchant Acquiring Officers & Merchant Acquiring Officers to support our mission of providing access to everyday tools that simplifies payment and drives business growth across different business verticals.
Job Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard merchants to meet the acquisition targets on a monthly basis
Ensure onboarded merchants meet up with the set business objectives around (transaction volume, value and revenue)
Carry out relationship management for converted leads to ensure merchant satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with POS Field Associate to provide operational support to merchants to reduce downtime and resolve issues
Maintain full database of merchants in portfolio segment managed.
Remuneration
SMAO: N120,000 Net Base Salary + Commission capped at N60,000 on meeting performance target. Transport allowance to support mobility
MAO: N80,000 Monthly Net Base Salary + Commission capped at N40,000 on meeting performance targets. Transport allowance to support mobility.
