Offline sales officers are sales professionals who conduct sales face-to-face, working in the field to visit clients, manage a sales team, or operate in physical locations like retail stores. They are responsible for building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets through direct, in-person interactions.
Key responsibilities
· Customer interaction: Building and nurturing relationships with customers through direct contact, visiting their locations, or assisting them in a sales outlet.
· Sales and strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies, setting revenue targets, and identifying client-specific problems to offer solutions.
· Market awareness: Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
· Team and performance management: For managerial roles, this includes managing a team of sales representatives, creating performance metrics, and developing strategies to improve business results.
· Sales drives and expansion: Organizing and executing sales drives, recruiting new agents, and potentially managing expansion projects into new geographic areas.
· Reporting: Creating action-oriented reports on sales performance and contributing to key performance indicators.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of BSC/HND ,with at least 2 years sales related experience
