✔ Evaluate loan applications & assess creditworthiness
✔ Guide customers through the lending process

✔ Build strong client relationships and maintain a 90%+ retention rate
✔ Ensure compliance with lending regulations
What We’re Looking For:
🎯 Experience as a Loan Officer
🎯 Strong communication, negotiation & analytical skills
🎯 Proficiency with MS Office & financial software
🎯 Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
