Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
Respond to user inquiries with clear, step-by-step instructions, escalating complex problems as needed.
Install and configure hardware/software, perform scheduled maintenance, and manage IT assets.
Navigate and effectively manage social media handles for organizational needs.
Log and process support calls while documenting solutions and interactions.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system issues and ensure system integrity.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring user satisfaction.
Set up and manage user email accounts, domains, and access controls.
Promote and assist in adopting new technology products or services.
Maintain software licenses and an accurate asset register.
Create user guides and tech-related materials for training and support.
Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of IT matters within the organization.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum OND in Computer Science or a related field.
IT-related professional certifications are a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
Familiarity with a wide range of software and hardware.
