Rescue Children Orphanage
As a Social Worker at Rescue Children Orphanage :
- You should be a graduate that read or studied Social work with B.S.c or HND/OND.
- You should be able to work without supervision.
- You should be bold and outspoken.
- Experience is an advantage.
- You must be a resident in Ikorodu or its proximity and ready to work with an established orphanage home.
- you will play a critical role in supporting children’s emotional, psychological, and social well-being.
- You will work closely with the orphanage team, families, and external agencies to ensure that each child receives the care, attention, and resources they need to thrive.
- Conduct assessments and create individual care plans for children based on their needs and circumstances.
- Monitor and report on children’s progress, addressing any concerns or changes in their needs.
- Support children in building life skills and preparing for future independence.
- Facilitate family reunification or adoption processes, when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, assessments, and case progress.
