Job Title: Area Sales Coordinator (Niger Region)

Job Summary
Reliable Steel and Plastic Industry Limited is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Coordinator to drive sales growth, expand distribution channels, and manage field sales operations across Niger State and its surrounding markets. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the region, proven manufacturing sales experience, and the ability to build lasting relationships with distributors and retailers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue and volume targets.
Recruit, manage, and support distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Execute market expansion and route-to-market strategies.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely order fulfillment.
Ensure prompt collection of customer payments and compliance with the company’s credit policy.
Conduct market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of field sales experience (Experience in Plastic will be an added advantages)
Strong knowledge of Niger State and surrounding markets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Hausa is a strong advantage.
