We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This role as a first contact to clients or customers requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide a positive and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers
2. Manage phone calls, emails, and messages
3. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
4. Provide administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping
5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
7. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
1. Minimum of B.Sc., HND, OND, NCE required.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong customer service skills
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
6. Friendly and professional demeanor

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
3. Excellent problem-solving skills
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
