We’re seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Executive Assistant to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop skills, and contribute to our organization’s mission.
As a Business Executive Assistant, you play a vital role in supporting high-level executives in their day-to-day activities. Below are the key responsibilities and requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calendar Management: Organize and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure efficient time management.
2. Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
3. Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and messages, and act as a liaison between executives and internal/external parties.
4. Report Preparation: Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
5. Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
6. Administrative Support: Manage office operations, maintain filing systems, and ensure confidentiality.
7. Project Management: Support key initiatives, track progress, and coordinate with teams.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
2. Experience: 1+ year proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.

Skills:
1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
5. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Essential Skills:
