
RECRUITER
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Win new business from clients and manage relationship with clients to grow the
existing business.
2. Resolves or treat customer’s issue/request promptly.
3. Work with Head of Department (HOD) to develop/upsell existing business to
clients, and identify and pursue new business opportunities for Payment
Verification Service.
4. Collation of tasks from internal and external call notes/meetings.
5. Follow up to deliver on commitments made to clients at meetings, using call notes
as a guide.
6. Manage efficient receivable circle with clients.
7. Provide clients with required reports on timely basis.
8. Work with project office/Ecommerce Platform team on delivery of business
enabling projects.
9. Provide support for all other departmental activities/tasks as may be required be
the HOD.

KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREEMENTS:
Knowledge/Experience:
a. Not more than 2 – 6 years post NYSC experience.
b. Technical knowledge in selling service-oriented products/solutions.
c. Very good knowledge of payment industry.
Skill/Competencies:
a. Strong interpersonal skills.
b. Excellent written/oral communication skills.
c. Strong analytical skills.
d. Organizational skills.
e. Confident negotiator and ability to close the right type of business deals
at the highest level.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
• A degree/HND in any relevant discipline.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
• As agreed from time to time based on business exigencies.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
• Functionally reports to Head, Payment Verification Service
