This is a remote, commission-based role, and we believe your efforts should be generously compensated. We have a very encouraging commission structure designed to reward top performers.
Compensation & Incentives:
Earn 20% commission for every client you bring in.
Hit the ₦250,000 monthly target → Earn an extra 10% on all sales above target.
As a Team Lead, earn an additional 5% on every sale closed by your team members.
Exceed ₦1,000,000 in personal or team sales → Earn an extra 10% bonus.
High performers typically earn $500 – $2,000+ monthly, depending on results.
