Key Responsibilities:
Provide certified med-spa and therapeutic treatments through the SOP.
Conduct client consultations and assessments.
Follow all treatment protocols strictly.
Ensure client safety and comfort during procedures.
Maintain hygiene standards in treatment areas.
Educate clients on aftercare and product usage including skin care essentials that may not be OH topicals products.
Maintain accurate client treatment records after procedure.
Monitor spa inventory and communicate replenishment needs before exhaustion with Spa Manager.
