Key Responsibilities:
Manage front office operations and customer reception.
Sell products using the company Zoho system.
Schedule appointments and communicate with relevant departments.
Follow up with customers via messages and calls.
Ensure timely delivery of customer orders by tracking.
Recommend suitable products and treatments to customers.
Review and respond to chats from the previous day.
Document customer information accurately in assigned jotters.
Track follow-up timelines and ensure completion.
Send general follow-up messages on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
Create and manage WhatsApp labels for effective customer follow-up.
Engage customers during periods of low activity via direct messages.
Ensure POS, office phones, and desktop computers are always charged.
Ensure all Wi-Fi connections are functional.
Manage chargers and charging of all office devices.
Ensure complete customer information is collected for every client.
