JOB BRIEF:
Our client, a major player in the Health industry is urgently recruiting for the role of a Business Development and Administrative Officer who will support the industry’s growth and operations by identifying market opportunities, driving strategic partnerships, managing sales activities, and overseeing essential administrative tasks. The role combines external-facing business development with internal coordination and operational support.

Key Duties:
* Conduct market research and develop strategies for business growth.
* Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers, HMOs, and government agencies.
* Manage client relationships and drive sales initiatives to meet revenue targets.
* Represent the company at industry events and networking engagements.
* Provide administrative support, coordinate internal activities, and ensure smooth office operations.
* Maintain documentation, manage communication with vendors, and support compliance.
* Assist with internal planning, performance tracking, and project coordination.

* Skills & Competencies:
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
* Experience with CRM tools, data analysis, and document management.
* Proactive, organized, and collaborative team player.
* Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
* Proven sales track record and market knowledge
* Experience in customer support is a plus.
* Time management and planning skills.
* BSc/BA/HND in business administration, sales or relevant field.
