We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Trainees to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be trained to provide exceptional support to our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly while upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn about our products, services, and customer service protocols.
- Assist customers via phone, email, or live chat, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the customer experience.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping Attend team meetings and trainings as required to improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, Communication, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
