Job Title: HR & Admin Lead
Location: Ikeja Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (4days Onsite)
Remuneration: 350 – 400K Net
This role needs to be filled immediately.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead HR planning and workforce strategy
* Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding
* Drive learning & development initiatives
* Oversee HMO administration and employee wellbeing programs
* Champion organizational culture and employee engagement
* Manage performance management systems and appraisals
* Oversee HRIS and employee data management
* Ensure HR compliance with statutory and internal policies
* Provide HR advisory support to Management
*Requirements:*
* Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Generalist role with atleast 3years in Leadership role
* Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor regulations
* HR certification is an added advantage
* Proficiency with the use of HR software
* Experience implementing HR processes and systems
* Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
* Ability to work independently.
