Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment Assistance:
– Sourcing candidates
– Screening resumes
– Scheduling interviews
2. Employee Data Management:
– Maintaining employee records
– Updating databases
3. Onboarding Support:
– Assisting new hires with paperwork
– Coordinating orientation sessions
4. Administrative Tasks:
– Answering employee inquiries
– Filing and record-keeping
5. Special Projects:
– Conducting research
– Analyzing HR data
– Assisting with employee engagement initiatives
6. Communication:
– Drafting HR-related communications
– Assisting with company-wide announcements
Requirements
1. Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, NCE, HND, OND, Diploma, or equivalent in a related field (Business Administration, Management, etc.).
2. Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in business management or a related field.
3. Skills:
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in business software and Microsoft Office.
– Ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
