Job Title: Business Manager

Work mode: Hybrid (2-3 times weekly)
Salary: From ₦200,000 base pay + commission on closed clients

We are looking for a Business Manager to oversee studio operations, manage client relations, drive business growth, and shape our creative direction.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of Osbalt Photography Studios, ensuring smooth workflow and high client satisfaction.
Manage client relations by responding to inquiries, scheduling shoots, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Manage and grow the studio’s social media presence by creating engaging content and marketing campaigns.
Determine the creative direction for projects, working closely with photographers and other creatives.
Drive sales by identifying and closing potential clients, earning commission on successful deals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business management, client relations, or a similar role.
Strong social media management and marketing skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
A creative mindset with the ability to guide artistic direction.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
Experience in the photography or creative industry is a plus.
