Truck Driver

Primary Responsibilities

1. Safe Transportation: Ensure the safe transportation of the employer, their family, and guests to desired destinations.
2. Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the vehicle in good working condition, including regular cleaning, fueling, and scheduling maintenance.
3. Route Planning: Plan the most efficient and safe routes to destinations, taking into account traffic, road conditions, and other factors.
4. Time Management: Manage time effectively to ensure punctual arrival at destinations and adherence to schedules.

Secondary Responsibilities

1. Vehicle Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
2. Fueling and Parking: Fuel the vehicle as needed and park it in a safe and secure location.
3. Accompanying Employer: Accompany the employer on trips, as required, to provide assistance and support.
4. Running Errands: Run errands, such as picking up groceries or dropping off dry cleaning, as requested by the employer.
5. Maintaining Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and discretion when driving the employer, their family, and guests.
6. Adhering to Traffic Laws: Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of the employer, their family, and guests.

Administrative Responsibilities

1. Maintaining Vehicle Records: Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and other expenses.
2. Submitting Expense Reports: Submit expense reports, as required, to the employer or their representative.
3. Complying with Regulations: Comply with all relevant regulations, such as licensing requirements and vehicle inspections.

Other Responsibilities

1. Providing Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to the employer, their family, and guests.
2. Being Flexible: Be flexible and adaptable, as schedules and plans may change unexpectedly.
3. Maintaining a Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while on duty.
