CLEANER

Key Responsibilities
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, windows, and other surfaces.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Empty waste bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
Refill soap, tissue, and other cleaning supplies as required.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists.
Handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.
Ensure client premises are clean, presentable, and hygienic at all times.
Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with clients.
Assist with deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and special cleaning projects when assigned.
Comply with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
