Job summary: We are looking for a dynamic advertising specialist to join our team
Your role will involve developing and executing advertising campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for crafting impactful advertising campaigns. You also have a track record in advertising strategy, media planning and campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

Media Campaign Management: Manage and optimize media campaigns on Meta and Google, including local service ads. Experience with TikTok and LinkedIn ads is mandatory.
Algorithm Understanding: Utilize in-depth knowledge of pixel settings and Meta, TikTok, Linkedin and all social media ads algorithms to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Strategic Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies aimed at increasing conversions and reducing churn.
Market Experience: Leverage prior experience in the foreign market (preferably in the software industry) to tailor campaigns to the target audience effectively.
Independence and Initiative: Drive campaign success, demonstrating self-motivation and proactivity.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and clients to ensure alignment and achieve desired outcomes.
What Success Looks Like:

Optimized Campaign Performance: Successfully manage and optimize media campaigns, leading to increased conversions and reduced churn.
Meta Ads Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of algorithms and Meta ads, resulting in enhanced campaign performance.
Strategic Contribution: Provide valuable strategic insights that contribute to overall marketing goals and objectives.
Your tasks

Manage advertising strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audience.
Identify key advertising channels and platforms to reach target demographics effectively.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad concepts, messaging and visuals.
Run advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media and print.
Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, making adjustments to optimize results.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on advertising performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms and best practices in advertising.
Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in media buying and campaign management, with a focus on Meta, Tiktok, Youtube, Linkedin and Google ads.
Experience with Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn ads is Mandatory.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the tech industry is highly preferred.
Market Expertise of social media ad campaign is required
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Independence: Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation.
Must have an in-depth knowledge of all social media platforms.
Strong understanding of advertising principles, strategies and best practices.
Experience with advertising platforms, tools and technologies.
Knowledge of ad targeting, segmentation and audience profiling techniques.
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Salary: N300,000
