Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify trends, create data visualizations, and develop predictive models to support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Data Collection and Cleaning:Collect and clean large datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
2. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and develop insights to inform business decisions.
3. Data Visualization: Create data visualizations, such as reports, dashboards, and charts, to communicate findings to stakeholders.
4. Predictive Modeling: Develop predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques to forecast future trends and outcomes.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and develop solutions.
6. Data Quality and Governance: Ensure data quality and governance by implementing data validation, data normalization, and data security protocols.
7. Data Storytelling: Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise storytelling.
8. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with new tools, technologies, and methodologies in data analysis and science.
Requirements:
1. Education: Minimum of Bachelor Degree, or equivalent.
2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of working experience in data analysis, data science, or related field.
3. Skills:
– Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.
– Strong statistical and mathematical skills.
– Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or D3.js.
– Strong communication and storytelling skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Certifications: Certification in data analysis, data science, or related field preferred.
