HR INTERN/SENIOR HR

Key Responsibilities:

– Recruitment: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
– Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure a smooth transition for new employees
– Employee Relations: Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
– Administrative Tasks: Maintain employee records, update company databases, and perform general administrative duties
– Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events and activities that promote employee engagement
– HR Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR functions, such as developing HR policies and procedures

HR Intern Requirements
– Education: Bsc, Hnd, ND, or Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– Skills:
– Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Organization: Strong organizational and time management abilities
– Analytical: Ability to analyze data and provide insights
– Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software and databases
– Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently

Senior HR Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

– Strategic HR: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
– Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, talent development, and succession planning
– Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work culture and promote employee engagement initiatives
– Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
– HR Operations: Manage HR systems, processes, and procedures

Senior HR Requirements
– Education: Bachelor’s degree/ HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Experience: Significant experience in HR, preferably in a senior role
Skills:
Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop HR plans that align with business objectives
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical: Ability to analyze data and provide insights that inform HR decisions
