Job Description:
As a commission-based marketer, you will play a vital role in promoting our footwear products and attracting new customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
– Marketing: Promoting our footwear products through various channels, including social media, etc.
– Customer Engagement: Identifying and engaging potential customers, nurturing leads, and converting them into sales.
– Sales Targets: Meeting sales targets to earn commissions and unlock additional salary options.
Earning Potential:
– Commission: Earn a competitive commission of 10% on every sale made.
– Salary: Achieve sales targets (10-20 commissions) to earn a monthly salary ranging from ₦10,000 to ₦30,000 (negotiable within this range).
– Bonuses: Additional performance-based bonuses will be awarded (more details will be discussed during the application process).
Requirements:
– Completion of WAEC/NECO/JAMB results.
– Strong communication and marketing skills.
– Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
– Updated CV.
