The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees, as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and quality service.
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities, including technicians and support teams.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining workshop equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries professionally.
- Support business growth by implementing efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive technology, or a related field.
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for the automotive industry and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of auto repair processes is a plus, but not mandatory.
