Marketer

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketer to join our team. As a Guest House Marketer, you will be responsible for promoting our guest house and increasing bookings through various marketing channels. Your performance will be measured by the number of bookings generated, and your compensation will be based on a commission structure in addition to a salary.

*Key Responsibilities:*

– Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase bookings and revenue

– Utilize social media, online advertising, and other marketing channels to promote our guest house

– Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners

– Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

– Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives

– Meet or exceed monthly booking targets

*Requirements:*

– Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Physical presence required; must be able to work from our office/location
