Mena Nath Media is a Lagos-based integrated marketing communications agency working across PR, influencer marketing, and talent management. We partner with brands across tech, entertainment, fintech, beauty, and FMCG to build visibility, drive engagement, and create measurable impact.

The Role

We are looking for a driven Partnerships and Growth Manager to lead business development and client acquisition as we scale. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with an ambitious agency at an exciting stage.

Responsibilities

∙ Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors
∙ Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
∙ Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
∙ Collaborate directly with the founder on growth strategy
∙ Represent Mena Nath Media in meetings, pitches, and industry events

Requirements

∙ 2-4 years experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
∙ Strong understanding of the Nigerian marketing and media landscape
∙ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
∙ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
∙ Experience in PR, media, or a creative agency is an advantage

Compensation

Commission-based with a clear path to full salary as the agency scales.
