We are seeking a creative and experienced Flavour Application Specialist to drive flavour innovation and product development within our Quality Control team. The successful candidate will develop unique flavour applications that align with market trends and consumer preferences.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and apply innovative flavours across various product categories.
• Conduct market research and analyse regional trends in the beverage segment.
• Identify new flavour opportunities and collaborate with the product design team.
• Provide technical advice and support for product development and improvement.
• Lead product formulation and testing for new and existing products.
• Assist with market analysis, customer presentations, and project acquisition.
Requirements:
BSc in Food Science or related field (Marketing background is an added advantage)
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in flavour or product development
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Compensation: ₦150,000 – ₦180,000 monthly (net)
