Job Summary:

We are seeking a smart, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk & Customer Service Officer to join our team. This dual-role position combines front desk responsibilities with client support functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service delivery. Candidates with Microfinance Bank experience and proficiency in the BankOne application are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and attend to walk-in clients in a professional manner
2. Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
3. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently
4. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
5. Handle client records and documentation accurately
6. Use the *BankOne application* to support customer-related activities
7. Provide general administrative and clerical support

Requirements:

1.  1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Microfinance Bank.

2. Proficiency in using the *BankOne application*
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
5.  Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
6. Must reside around the *Lekki/Island* axis
7. Age: *24–26 years*
