Work Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday | 6 PM – 6 AM
Salary: ₦200,000 and above (based on experience)
Job Summary:
The Floor Manager will oversee daily club operations during active hours, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth staff coordination, and adherence to operational standards. She will act as the bridge between management, staff, and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise floor operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Manage waitstaff, bartenders, and security personnel during shifts.
Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints promptly.
Maintain cleanliness, ambience, and service standards throughout the club.
Ensure safety and compliance with club policies and regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service delivery.
Track inventory and report operational issues to management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospitality or nightlife management.
Excellent leadership and multitasking abilities.
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage large crowds.
Must be available to work night hours and weekends.
