Work Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday | 6 PM – 6 AM
Salary: ₦250,000 and above (based on experience)
Job Summary:
The Chef will be responsible for creating and preparing high-quality meals and snacks that complement the nightclub’s offerings. He will oversee kitchen operations, maintain food quality standards, and ensure proper hygiene and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare meals, appetizers, and late-night menus.
Supervise kitchen assistants and ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for supplies.
Ensure prompt food service that aligns with the club’s service rhythm.
Innovate and update the menu based on customer preferences.
Manage cost control and minimize food waste.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a chef in a hotel, lounge, or nightclub.
Proficiency in both local and continental dishes.
Strong sense of taste, creativity, and presentation.
Knowledge of kitchen safety and food hygiene practices.
Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.
