Job Summary: The Traffic Manager ensures seamless internal coordination across departments by
managing task assignments, tracking timelines, and keeping projects moving efficiently. This role is critical in
maintaining structure, speed, and excellence in our fast-paced, creative environment.
7. Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with team leads to assign tasks and follow up on deliverables.
2. Track project progress and ensure timelines are being met.
3. Use project management tools to monitor and manage tasks.
4. Identify roadblocks and support teams in resolving them.
5. Maintain an organized system to support efficient project execution.
6. Coordinate communication across departments to ensure clarity and accountability.
7. Support the operations team with documentation and workflow processes
8. Required Qualifications & Experience: – Education Level: Minimum of HND or BSc in any discipline – Years of Experience: 1–2 years (experience in a creative, marketing, or tech setting is an added
advantage). – Certifications: PMP or relevant project management certification
9. Required Skills/Competencies:
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and changing priorities
