We’re on the hunt for a Business Development Analyst who’s equal parts strategist, researcher, and communicator. If you’re curious, commercially savvy, and excited about making waves in the energy sector, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do
Spot trends and sniff out opportunities through sharp market research
Help craft proposals, pitch decks, and presentations that shine
Track leads, deals, and interactions in our CRM like a pro
Support project evaluations and financial modeling (yes, Excel is your friend!)
Collaborate across teams—engineering, finance, legal—to move projects forward
Build relationships that matter—with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Keep an eye on the industry: trends, regulations, and what the competition’s up to
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar
2–3 years’ experience in business development, consulting, or project analysis
Energy sector exposure = a big plus!
Excel wizardry + strong analytical skills
A confident communicator who can present ideas clearly and persuasively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and financial modeling skills are a bonus
A go-getter who thrives both independently and on a team
