We are looking for innovative and goal driven individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. He/she will support the smooth functioning of the office by performing administrative tasks and providing assistance to various departments within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily office operations including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
– Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars for staff members.
– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail).
– Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy retrieval.
– Serve as a point of contact for both internal teams and external clients.
– Answer phone calls, redirect inquiries, and take messages as necessary.
– Assist with communication between different departments, including media production, marketing, and client services.
Requirements
– SSCE/HND/B.sc in any discipline
– Proven experience in an office  assistant role,
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
