Key Responsibilities
– Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company’s business units
– Manage day-to-day operations across departments: Marketing & Coding, Safety Equipment, IT Solutions, OEM Representation, and Contracting
– Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market share
– Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance
– Strengthen partnerships with clients, OEMs, and suppliers
– Lead and motivate teams for high performance and professional development
– Monitor financial performance and prepare periodic business reports
– Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company standards
Qualifications and Experience
– Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
– At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in industrial services, coding equipment sales, or contracting sectors
– Proven track record in business development, operations management, and team leadership
– Strong understanding of industrial equipment, coding systems, or safety equipment industries
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
– Tech-savvy with experience managing technical and non-technical teams
