Legendary Foreshaw, a reputable Construction & Real Estate Firm in VI, is looking for a high-performing Sales Executive / Investment Manager to join our growing team!
Responsibilities
● Drive sales of real estate products and investment opportunities
● Source, nurture, and convert leads into paying clients
● Build strong relationships using your industry network
● Maintain excellent customer relationship management
● Promote properties on social media and offline channels
● Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports
● Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Estate Management, or a related field.
● Strong industry network and market knowledge
● Excellent communication & negotiation skills
● Demonstrated track record of closing sales
● Social media marketing competence
● Results-driven, proactive, and confident
