RESPONSIBILITIES
To maintain high – quality standards in food preparation and managing the Kitchen
Organize, Train and Motivate kitchen staff
Develop menus in line with customer type, and within available resources.
Maintain and exhibit a culture of cleanliness within and outside the premises.
Maintain consistency in taste, texture and presentation.
Control cost and minimize waste.
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
Fulfil financial returns expected from the business
REQUIREMENTS
A degree or diploma in culinary education (with three years work experience). Or Secondary School certificate (with seven years work experience in not more than two organizations)
Should exude a culture of cleanliness at all times
Must be experienced in pastry production
Must be Alpha Numeric
Should be able to handle pressure
Strong communication skills is critical for this position
