We are looking for a receptionist that can be responsible for managing the front desk or reception area of an organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Greeting visitors: Welcoming guests, clients, or customers, and directing them to the appropriate person or area.
2. Answering phone calls: Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to relevant personnel.
3. Managing mail and packages: Sorting, distributing, and sending mail and packages.
4. Scheduling appointments: Booking appointments, meetings, and events, and maintaining schedules and calendars.
5. Providing information: Answering queries, providing directions, and offering general information about the organization.
