Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to sell our business management platform to SMEs in Africa. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Demonstrate the value of Klakpad’s platform and its features to potential clients
– Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
– Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
– 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the tech industry
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
