Job Title: Brand Manager
Job Summary:
Our client, a major player in FMCG/Quick Service Restaurant space, is seeking a strategic and experienced Brand Manager to lead and execute brand marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in brand management, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a proven track record of driving brand growth.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to position the brand effectively in the market.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
· Manage and oversee all brand communication and marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, public relations, and digital marketing.
· Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, sales data, and market feedback to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies and make necessary adjustments.
· Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
· Lead brand innovation and development initiatives to drive growth and market expansion.
· Ensure brand compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
· Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
· Supervise the performance of brand team members using KPI frameworks and provide monthly performance updates.
· Champion brand consistency and compliance across all touchpoints and communications.
Skills Requirement:
· Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
· Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
· Proficient in marketing tools and software, as well as digital initiatives.
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
· A Master’s degree or postgraduate certification will be an added advantage.
Experience:
· 3-5 years of experience in brand management or related marketing roles, with a strong portfolio of successful brand campaigns, preferably in FMCG or Quick Service Restaurant.
