Social Media Manager

 

 

 

Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across all digital platforms. This role involves creating engaging multimedia content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up to date with the latest social media trends and tools.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

 

Content Creation & Management:

Develop and execute engaging content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create and edit high-quality videos, reels, and graphics using CapCut, Canva, Filmora, and similar tools.
Write compelling captions, posts, and ad copy tailored to target audiences.
Schedule and publish posts consistently across all channels.

Brand Development:

Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align social media content with overall campaigns and goals.

Community Engagement:

Respond to followers, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Foster community growth through interactive content, polls, and live sessions.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
Use insights to refine and improve social media strategies.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation:

Stay updated with emerging trends, hashtags, and social media features.
Experiment with new content formats and techniques to boost engagement and reach.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Skills & Qualifications:

 

 

 

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
Proficiency in content creation tools:

CapCut – for editing short-form videos and reels.
Canva – for creating social media graphics and branded visuals.
Filmora – for editing longer video content or promotional clips.
Familiarity with other tools like Adobe Creative Suite, VN Editor, or InShot is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for social media trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

 

 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
