Secretary
We are seeking a competent and professional Secretary to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate is well-organized, communicates clearly, and can manage office operations with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Managing and organizing official documents, files, and records. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, letters, and calls. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and office activities. Preparing reports, memos, and other official documents as required. Providing administrative support to management and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or any related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good typing speed and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Prior experience in a secretarial or administrative role is an added advantage. Must be based in Lagos or able to commute easily.
